The ground floor comprises of the kitchen/lounge area which is open plan with ceramic floor tiles. The newly fitted kitchen in beech wood has a gas hob & electric oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of saucepans, crockery etc. A dining table is situated in the kitchen and seats six people should you wish to stay in, cook and enjoy a meal at home.

The lounge has 2 comfy sofas positioned in front of a lovely Cornish stone open fireplace. A colour TV with FreeView digital channels, DVD player with a selection of DVDs and a CD player are provided.

COURTYARD
There is a tiny shared courtyard at the front of the cottage which has a table and a couple of chairs for you to use. Potted plants add that little extra colour.
