OBBY OSS FESTIVAL
The Obby Oss festival takes place on 1st May each year when Padstow celebrates the coming of Summer.

The pagan "Obby Oss" is unleashed and the whole town comes alive with drums and a party atmosphere which lasts from dawn until dusk.

You will inevitably bump into the cavorting beast as it mingles with everyone taking part in a tradition which dates back 100 years.
